Credentialing: Status Lookup

We are currently experiencing delays in the processing of initial credentialing applications. Please do not contact us requesting a status update as this only causes us to be further delayed in processing applications. If we are missing any information, we will contact you. When credentialing has been completed, you will receive a Welcome Letter.

Providers with a pending network participation request may check their status using the Credentialing Status Look-up tool. Network participating providers are recredentialed every 3 years.

Participating providers may log in to use the Credentialing Status Look-up tool (located under My Profile) to confirm their next recredentialing date and confirm receipt of required materials. For information regarding MHN's credentialing and recredentialing requirements, please refer to Practitioner Manual.
